POLICIES & PROCEDURES

At The Renewal Method, we provide exceptional aesthetic and wellness care. Our policies are designed to enhance each client’s experience with us.

Our Team
Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and aestheticians are licensed in the state of Georgia and are committed to excellence. They undergo ongoing training to stay at the forefront of the aesthetic industry.

Appointments
You can easily book appointments online or by calling us at (762) 310-1100. A credit card is required to reserve an online booking, but it will not be charged until your appointment.

Payment
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, cash, and The Renewal Method gift cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling to ensure you receive a full treatment session.

Consultation Fee
A credit card is required when booking to hold all appointments. Our consultations have a fee of $50, which will be applied to your services on the day of your appointment. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. A $50 charge will be applied for any missed appointments.

Punctuality
We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at The Renewal Method, your appointment is scheduled with a team member whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:

– You may opt to shorten your treatment, but you will still be responsible for the full cost of the treatment

– You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time; however, a $50 cancellation charge will be incurred

Cancellation
We understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an appointment with us. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a fair warning. You will be called and texted 48 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy that all clients provide a 24-hour cancellation notice. Failure to do so will incur a $50 charge for all scheduled appointments. Rescheduling an appointment on the same day as the appointment is considered a cancellation and will also result in a $50 charge.

Refunds
All med spa services, products, and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tipping
Tips may be paid in cash only. 15% is customary; however, the amount you leave is genuinely yours.

Children & Minors
For safety and to maintain a calm, professional environment, children under 13 are not permitted in the office. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have a signed consent form on file. Children are not allowed in treatment rooms and must not be left unattended.

Membership Policies

Cancellation
Memberships require a 6-month commitment, with a 30-day written notice for cancellations after the initial term. Early cancellations are subject to a retail price adjustment for redeemed services.

Rollover & Gifting
Unused services can be gifted to a new client or rolled over to the next month, with a maximum of three rollovers.

Membership Perks
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specified.
